WP notified me yesterday that it was my one year anniversary blogging – time has flown by. For the most part this has been a great experience and with very few hiccups – for that I couldn’t be more happy using WordPress. Thank you to WP and staff you have given me a great tool to connect with some fantastic people all over the world.
To all of my followers and those visiting my blog, a big thank you! You’ve enriched me as an individual, I’ve had some wonderful experiences as I ventured out into this method of social media and opened my eyes to new cultures, places and ideas. It has made me a better person.
Thank you for the 24,879 visits, 2,269 comments and a big bow to the 230 followers – fabulous patience you all have! Your comments, likes, respectful support and encouragement to my posts has helped me grow as an artist.
I’ve just celebrated my 2nd year as an oil pastel artist, June of 2011. A main reason for starting this blog was to gauge public reaction to my oil pastel paintings – thank you, you’ve been exceptional with your generous spirit.

L’Adelaide thank you so much – this beautiful rose bush is blooming again. I can’t wait to see what you think when it blooms. I wonder if the color will be deeper because of the land chemical differences and how you water/fertilize.
