Today is the beginning of a new drawing project and for two weeks a choice had been made and I was ready to start. Oh no, now what happened?
As I went into my studio this morning to work on a painting something told me it wasn’t the right time for the subject selected, long story short I spent the better part of the day selecting the next drawing project.
After much deliberation, a statue has been selected. It reflects how I’ve felt for the last several months, this drawing will allow me to continue working my drawing skills and will have an emotional appeal as well.
No drawing took place today, next Thursday you’ll see the first steps of my next project. Stay tuned ~

hey! i’ve been unable to open a page to write a post today! it’s late, and the internet is geting better, but i’ll wait until tomorrow and will be tardy! i’ll be traveling tomorrow and when i stop, there will be good internet – for two days!!!! yippee!
